Hello!

Postby CheroneseGirl » Sat Dec 29, 2012 1:01 pm

Though, I've been learning from Michael for a while now via internet, I've finally become a member of the forum. I'm not very familiar w/ forums and therefore, don't navigate around them well. This one is of great interest to me so I suspect I'll be flying around here in no time :)

Like CharliesMom, I wanted parrots for a while and after educating myself didn't get one immediately; I considered it for about 10 years before deciding I was in a position to be a good parrot parent.

Thanks to the Parrot Wizard, I was able to teach my parrots to target a chop stick in one day! MissChief learned to wave in one day. Recently, I ordered the training perches kit and eagerly looking forward to further educating myself and teaching my little sunshines how to do tricks & especially recall.

Deee,
Go to http://trainedparrot.com/Taming/
You will find information about clicker training about 1/3 way down the page, beside a photo of a hand holding a clicker.
