Does my bird enjoy preening me?

Hi, I have a 4 month old quaker parrot that I got about a week ago. Anyway, before bed he likes to climb up to my shoulder and preen my neck and grind his beak. He preens me for like an hour lol. He's been doing this every night and he's actually doing it right now as I type this haha. So I was wondering if he is actually enjoying preening me? Or does he do it so I will preen him back (I preen him on his head every night too to get his dandruff out of his feathers, but when he is preening me he doesn't like me to touch him). But when he preens me he also grinds his beak so I think that means he is happy and having a good time.
