Ditto. Most people usually take offense at straight language but the advice it conveys is wise.

I'm used to people giving very blunt (and extremely helpful) advice on this forum. I've joined other FB groups and forums where I've done the same, and I've been called "nasty" and "defensive" when in reality I was just being blunt. For example, when I told a woman she really should stop allowing her conure to eat taffy and jolly ranchers. Some people just want to hear what is convenient, I like that we are honest on this forum

Hey Caitlinrice413. I am still here, just about, (loads of personal problems atm) but I don't think friend2parrots is around anymore sadly which is a shame. I'm hoping to become a more active member again though, hopefully in the very near future. I miss the chats, debates and finding new perspectives on things based on other peoples opinions and knowledge.
Glad to hear things are improving with Stevie, your obviously very dedicated to get such improvements even if things are still far from perfect. I'm sure things will continue to improve with time even if there is a slight relapse on occasions. Stevie is one lucky bird.
Are you still finding time to do all your art and creative stuff?
