hello. i have what i was told was a 2 year old male senegal. i am trying to find out more info on him based on his band. the band reads~ song nys 126.... can anyone help?

It means he comes from a New York State breeder who identifies him/herself as Song (could be an aviary name) and that his individual number is 126 but I am surprised the leg band doesn't have the year he was born (there are supposed to be two digits -the last two of the year so, if he's two, it should have a 10 or 11 engraved crosswise on the band).
