That's true for ANY baby! Cat, dog, horse, snake...or humans. Lol

Yes, you are correct, of course, but it seems that grays are right up there on the Jekyll and Hyde list when they reach puberty.

I disagree with the snake part, I didn't really work with them for very long but the babies (particularly the hatchlings) were much more strikey than the yearlings and older. They don't hurt much less than the big uns either :(

Same with teenaged girls! I'm glad I lived through the high school years with my step daughter, without running away! Lol (And she was not a bad kid)

And snakes, yes they are more bitey when they are young...you are right. Lumi was not, but other hatchlings I've had were. I just miss how small and cute he used to be, athough we love him now of course. But he was an itty bitty thing who could coil up on a silver dollar and do his cute baby snake things he does not do anymore. Lol

I completely disagree with the snake part. Baby snakes are the exact opposite of cuddly. They are nervous and head shy and nippy and fearful and untrusting. Ive worked with snakes for the last five years and continue to do so today and I confirm that snake hatchlings are ferocious..... well, they think they are at least.
