For anyone still reading:
Two clueless people stand on a cliff with their arms outstretched. One has some budgies lined up on each arm, the other has parrots lined up on his arms.
After a couple of minutes, they both leap off the cliff and fall to the ground.
Laying next to each other in intensive care at the hospital, one clueless person says to the other, "I don't think much of this budgie jumping."
The other clueless person replies, "Yeah, I'm not too keen on this paragliding either."

I was going to illustrate with bird smilies, but there are WAY too many choices for "parrot". At least "budgies" gives a manageable number, especially if I only use the ones from this site.

Lol, makes me think of a different parrot joke:
A thief is walking around a house stealing different items when he suddenly hears a voice, 'Careful, Jesus is watching you!'.
The thief turns around in fright but is relieved to see that it's only a parrot. 'And what's your name?', asks the thief.
'Moses', replies the parrot.
'Moses?!', the thief laughs, 'What kind of person calls their parrot Moses?!'.
The parrot replies: 'The same kind of person that calls their pet Rotweiler Jesus'.
