I had suspected from the tone of your previous posts that the abuse was due to ignorance and was not intentional although I definitely was disturbed because so much was obvious to see. I also know how much misinformation there is being pushed by those who are supposed to know better and this was/ is a primary source of my anger. I would not presume to pass judgment on this lady especially as I was not informed enough of the situation. But, I can't help but to be angered by this, it is my nature to be angry over abuse regardless of where the blame for it is. I do get angry, but I also try not to apply it to the wrong party(ies).
I am glad to hear that this was not due to her lack of trying to do right by the birds.
I don't have a male or any of this species, but wish I could help with this one anyway. I am disabled ( back injury) which means that I am home all the time, well mostly, and have the means to take care of it, which is how I came to have three other birds that needed a home where they would be loved and cared for. I will keep an eye and ear out for someone with a male. This bird needs a home, I will do what I can to assist.

Wolf, if you could take her, I would personally drive her to you because I know for a fact you will give her a great life. I will look and ask around for a male needing a home, too.
