If he is active, it means he has energy and energy needs fuel (food) so he must be eating something. But the fact that he is producing a lot of urine and not enough solid feces means something is definitely going on there. I would take him to a vet, sweetie. I really would. I know it's one more expense on top of the bird, cage, etc but if the store has their own vet on retainer, it should not be too much extra and you need to find out what is going on because if he is not eating the food he was given at the store, which he should be used to and willing to eat (especially millet, they all LOVE millet!), something is not as it should be.

Birds hide it as long as possible when they are sick. Getting to the AV sounds like the best thing for little Dole. And keep us posted. We worry about each other's birds.

Well he hasn't really been defecating so much as I think he's been urinating. Which is obviously due to lack of actual food and instead just drinking water. Here I am trying to rule out things so you won't feel so worried when its my own bird and I'm ready to freak out, haha.
Regardless, I'm going to just stay positive. I truly don't think he would be so loud and outgoing if he were starving. Starving animals tend to be very lethargic and such, then again I don't know much about birds. I'm just judging from overall knowledge. x: I'll definitely find out though, as soon as I can too.

When it comes to illness birds are masters of deception. If you're bird looks sick, it is sick and most times, when you see noticeable symptoms it's too late. A vet appointment is essential at this point and should generally be performed in the first three days anyway.
