i bet somewhere, sometime, some parrot did. the owner probably choked on a feather.

Haha that has happened to me so many times! Those fluffy white feathers!
I once had a bowel of popcorn (how dare I), and my parrot looked at me with fire in his eyes and leapt through the air at my face, I tried to duck and tripped over a dog, landed on the floor, popcorn everywhere and my dignity no where to be found.
