Patience, not everyone spends as much time here as you do. This can be the biggest drawback to a forum as it is not always suited to speedy answers.

If the bird is a plain cinnamon, a yellow face indicates a male BUT if the bird turns out to be a high pied, it could also be a female.

Cinnamon is just the lighter grey instead of the normal, darker grey but it doesn't mean it cannot be a cinnamon pied.

Yes it does mean something but to know whether Bliss is male or female you need to wait for more of the molt to happen before you will have the answer you are seeking. You have already been told what it means so far.

so the forum predicts male but can't say for sure.
The way his head is growing into a neon yellow makes me think male, i can't wait to see.

If he is not getting yellow anywhere else in its body, then it's a male. If it's getting yellow anywhere else, you won't know for sure because the yellow on its face could be just a 'spot' and not the secondary sexual characteristic it usually represents.

Only on his head and a little on his crest. Starting with his face and growing out back towards the back of his head no where else is getting more colorful.
