I used the whole wheat bread recipe from my bread machine, with olive oil instead of salad oil, canned pumpkin instead some of the water, salt as written (salt keeps the yeast from going crazy), and some honey for flavor. No, pellets did not cause her health problem. She decided to eat one of my cat's blood pressure pills while I was cutting some for his daily dosage. Then of course she objected to taking the medication HER vet sent--she only wanted cat meds. (I dose the cat after Corsair goes to bed now.) Anyway, it messed up her digestive system for almost 2 weeks so I thought substituting seeds for dry pellets might be easier on her.
