I was talking to the evil little red bird and giving her some attention and pets when Grocko got off his cage, walked across the room to the ekkie's cage, climbed up over to me, held out one foot and said "Step Up! Step Up!" He sure knows how to make his needs known. I couldn't believe he was already jealous. Cracked me up!
He doesn't let me pet him but gets right up on my arm and is very well behaved while we walk around and chat.
He is a good eater. He likes grapes, bananas, walnuts, broccoli and carrots so far. (In addition to his Roudy Bush) I really like this little man. He should fit just fine. Tomorrow, we will try oatmeal deluxe and green beans and see how that goes over. He also likes to stick his head in the feed bag and pull out a pellet when it is time to get fed.
The other one that I was contemplating actually is getting adopted, pending a home study so I am off the hook!
