We don't know what's good for us with all our science and understanding and even when we do half the time we don't pay any attention so you can't really expect birds in an unnatural environment to know really, if it does make them feel "off" they probably don't know what to associate it with.

Wi-Fi signal is not dangerous for birds and other animals as Wi-Fi signal consists of radio waves.

Radio waves are the part of electromagnetic spectrum. Electromagnetic spectrum consists of all electromagnetic radiation starting from infrared upto Gamma radiation.

As we can see the energy of the radio waves is less than visible light so if the birds and animals cannot be harmed by visible light they also cannot be harmed by Wi-Fi signals.

Also radio waves are non ionizing radiations. The term non ionizing radiation is telling that the radiation cannot change that is mutate the DNA.

On the other hand ionizing radiation can mutate the DNA which can cause cancer and other diseases related to DNA mutation.
