Let me clarify that. I will be changing ISPs and after the change is complete, the forum will be at least ten times faster. However, the IP address will change. Therefore your computer/device will not know how to reach the server for a period up to 72 hours until the cache expires and is reset. At that point it will automatically find the new IP and connect like before. This has nothing to do with google.
Clearing your cache and rebooting the computer may help to force it to find the forum sooner during this transition. Regardless, after a few days everything will return to normal even if you do nothing. The address
http://TheParrotForum.com will not change. It's just the server IP thay the address rrfes to will be different and it may take some time for that address change to reach all corners of the internet.
If you can't get on during the changeover, try the reset, try accessing from a different computer (particularly one that had never been on before and cant know the old address), or just try again later. Wolf made it a good point to let everyone know about this in advance because once the transition happens there will be no way of informing people.
Not yet certain when this will occur but most likely next weekend. Thanks.
