Postby Blu » Sun May 31, 2015 7:10 pm

I am getting my Falconry license later this year and was wondering if their are any fellow falconers on here?

That is a big flip over from prey to preditor. Just don't let them see each other.

How did you get interested in Falconry? I just read Birdology, which was interesting if you can ignore the author's misconceptions about parrots and birds. It's more creative non-fiction than facts.

But, the stories were interesting, and I learned stuff about birds other than parrots. I won't lie, I wanted to take a Falcon hunting myself after reading about it.

When I was in second grade I read My side of the mountain and fell in love. Ever since I have read and learned everything I could about the art of falconry and and the care of birds of prey. Lately I have been thinking about starting the process and am still deciding if its for me.
