I thought this article was hilariously accurate! I have an ANNOYING amazon that delights in doing the BEEP BEEP BEEP that smoke alarms do when the back-up battery is low and he does it so well that it had my husband going crazy trying to figure out which one was it. One that tells you to "Come in!" when you knock on the door, and a couple that tell the dogs to "SHUT UP!" when they bark. And once, I had an insurance inspector leaving a note on my door when I wasn't there and, when I called back, the lady was very upset because I had not answered the door and she KNEW I was home because she could hear me yelling at the dogs to shut up when they started barking - and I am sure she thought I was not telling her the truth when I replied that I had not been me, that it had been a parrot!
