I looked at your site. You are portraying yourself as a professional parrot trainer and guarantee that you can train any bird in days - both statements are nothing but hubris on your part.

I never said anything in my website about being a professional I can help the birds and I haven't failed yet I have worked with smaller birds and big birds and If one bird I couldnt help I wouldn't give up and if I definitely couldnt I would give them advice and tell them to just give the bird a happy life and care for it it doesn't matter if its tame or not give it the best life you can. Also people ask me how long it will take I say some birds learn quicker than others so I dont know it can take weeks maybe months. And not all parrots can be tamed.People also come to me just for grooming wing clipping or nails etc also I ask why they are clipping and if its a silly reason like he keeps flying off on me I would try train the bird to stop flying away. And Chewies owner wanted him clipped (Chewie is the parrotlet) but he brought him to me for his wings clipped and to teach him flight recall and his wings were already clipped so I just told his owner that.Chewie is coming back on the weekend I told his owner I really missed him (His owner works a lot so I will be looking after him some days I only met his owner when Chewie came.Chewie was left at home alone while he owner worked Chewie is a great little fella hes very well behaved and not aggressive at all considering hes a parrotlet and he didnt try attack any of my birds or my Aunts tiels but I put my Aunts tiels in their cage and away because they didnt like Chewie.

All that I can possibly say is that this is all wrong.

No you and I are not doing the same thing, I don't agree with you or what you are doing, but we are allowed to disagree with each other. By the way, I still have not tried to stop you.

For me age is not an issue and in fact I applaud your ambition. Experience and knowledge do matter and I do not believe that you are qualified and I base this on your posts.

Anybody can say they are qualified but it doesn't mean they really are, does it? How qualified can you be when you come here asking us questions? If you were, indeed, qualified you would not need to ask us, you would know the answer.

As to 'professional', the word means that you have a 'profession' - which means you are trained and formally qualified to do something and get paid for it. If you call yourself a trainer and charge for the services rendered under that title, you are portraying yourself as a professional.

Be careful because, I don't know the laws in Ireland but, here in the States, what you are doing is illegal and, if something goes wrong, your parents can get sued for it.
