All my non stick fry pans are enamel, cost a lot but they are good quality so will last. I couldnt find a good coffee maker that did not have a non stick coating that I like so I got French Bodum. I dont drink that much of the coffee, I was a raw vegan foodist for many years so I like my coffee mixed with raw cocoa and then sprouted almond milk or sprouted hemp or sprouted chia etc. When my birds hear my coffee blending they are excited because I use the rest of the sprouted seed or nut I used for their breakfast mix so they know their breakfast is on its way.
