Thank you
He was very spoilt and well loved
When he first came to us he wasn't the best flyer as he been cooped up in his cage for so long by his last owner so we did have a few crash landings in the beginning until he got the strength and muscle back in his wings.
As for being noisey like the last owners claimed he was well he had his moments particularly if he wanted to come out but I wouldn't of said he was loud I just hope they realise how much noiser a too is lol
Personally I think they wanted a talker but rosella arnt talkers

Well, I think of the word Karma , which for me is the law of cause and effect as it pertains to beings capable of free choice, in this instance. If they don't yet know the difference in volume as well as the frequency of a bird and it's screaming behaviors, it will not be long before they become acutely aware of the differences.

Never know they may get fed up with it and I might be able to pick up a bargain :o
We paid hardly next to nothing for JoJo and he came with his cage where they wanted shot of him quickly

I don't mind that there are disagreements as this can work to the benefit of the party asking for information and help So they can work great if we allow them to, but we can't allow them to degenerate this way. Perhaps each presents their opinion, point of view, or whatever then one or two replies to present documentation and or factual supports and then drop it and let the party requesting the information make their own choices, Would that work?

I agree 100%! From now on, let's all support our claims with verifiable facts, scientific studies or research/arguments by professionals and not use our own opinion as an argument (well, unless it's one of those subjects on which there is no such things...)

Unfortunately, in situations like this one, the one that pays the price is always the bird.

Yes I agree with Wolf 100 percent and that only one or two replies with factual suport or documentation is very reasonable. Pajarita, over quoting scientific studies can be a problem, "authorities" often disagree, and people get alienated and offended and stop listening when too much heavy handed methods are used to give information. Learning to agree to disagree is very important.

I was in a pet store to pic up some links and they had a GGC for sale and I heard the sales girl and the young mother who was thinking of getting it for her child ( chilld looked about 6 years old) talking and the sales girl was telling her it was a good starter bird. I managed to talk to the woman and tell her what a GGC needs and in the end they didnt buy it, But, yes it breaks my heart when the bird pays.
