Wow...lots of interesting people on here!

I am very lucky to be a stay at home MOM to two beautiful children (aged 2 and 5) and of course the pets! I have a Child and Youth Worker Diploma (working with Young Offenders/Special Needs kid) and a degree in Psychology (Bachelor's). I am on an extended parental leave from my position as an Educational Resource Facilitator with the local school board which will be up this year :( I plan on applying to Teacher's College SOON. That was my career track until I met my husband, fell in love and took a 'break' lol.

Being a SAHM is very important to me. i had a pretty crappy upbringing and left home when I was 15 so being a Mom has always been my number one priority and I am just lucky we can afford to allow me to be a SAHM :)

I am a SAHM too! :D My daughters are age 18 months and 5 months... And no, I don't ever sleep. I could sleep I guess, but I work at night and then get up with the birds so they have time with me and then the babies are up... Woo!

As for the second half of what I quoted, good for you! The world needs more people who care. :)

No, I am from the States. :D Ohio specifically. And it isn't so bad, I am a person with a natural and kind of ridiculous amount of energy so I make it work. :P And my writing keeps me sane.

...Well..."sane" being relative...lol

I know, and I didn't even know that sex was a crime!

Oh and by the way, I was a SAHM for 12 years, I joined the police force at 40!!! So kudos to the SAHM you are the most valuable asset to society, we could use more! I meet kids from all walks of life and sadly not enough parents at home to guide them...
