The bird/ human bonding is occurring in only one direction from the bird toward you, but you are not bonding with any of them. Until you actually bond with them there is no way to help you ti understand, I wish it were otherwise, but it is what it is.

I do understand what everyone is saying I still want to get a Plum headed parakeet anyway 3 birds is my maximum also my mam takes care of my birds too and she talks to them.I bond with my birds by talking, petting and sometimes playing a target stick game its like I keep targeting him somewhere and then I say wave and when he does it he gets a treat but he has to be prepared to know when im gonna say it.

Frankly, I don't care if you get another bird or not, nor do I care what species said bird may or may not be, that is your choice and not my place to interfere with that, so I have nothing to say for or against.
I understand that you say that you do understand what is being said as well as my comment and I fully expected this response. I don't think that you do and the first evidence towards this is that it has very little to do with how you try to bond with the bird or the types of birds that you have, or get it only has to do with the nature of the bonding that is or is not occurring. You say you do understand, I don't see that, I guess we just have to disagree with this and go on from there.

Then I would like you to explain to me what I need to understand.

In order for anybody to understand an opposite concept of what one holds as the truth, one needs to have an open mind and that is what is missing in your replies. It's entirely understandable at your age and completely normal... sheesh, it's even hard for adults! Problem is, the 'subject matter' are living, feeling beings...

I do have an open mind. The only reason why Rio is going is for my cockatiels safety I love him as much as I do Rocko and Loki.

I really don't know how to explain it to you, it is kind of like trying to explain love to someone who has never experienced it before. But, please tell me with 3 birds how it is so difficult to keep two cockatiels safe from one love bird with a broken beak. I have 7 parrots ranging from budgies and parrotlets up to an Amazon, all of whom would happily kill the others, that are out most of the day with each other and not one of them is in any danger. I do not understand this.

Because they all live in my bedroom my bedroom isnt huge and the tiels are out from morning until night and then Rio will fly over to them and attack them it dosent matter if his beak is cracked hes strong.

You sound like a person with a love of parrots and you are doing what you think is best and that is all anyone can do. You have posted because you want support, the people that have replied to you have lots of experience so they would handle it differently, but it takes time to get that kind of experience. If you felt a bird is in danger and you need to rehome it, you are the one there observing and you know how much you are able to do, so you are in the best place to make the decisions of whats best for your birds and for you.
