I am not sure how you would do that, but you can always hang a perch from the ceiling easily.

Sorry for taking so long to answer, I wanted to think about it first and the two optios that I keep coming up with is either a screweye that can be screwed into the wall to tie the rope to or using a bracket

I use rope In my aviary that's exactly how I fit my rope if you haven't got a screw eye a hook bent shut with pliers will do the same job :thumbsup:
