Getting a conure registered as Therapy Animal

So sorry that I have not gotten back with you on this, I have not forgotten. I have been very busy getting work done on my truck, it is way overdue. I just replaced the exhaust system, today it is shock absorbers, all 4 of them, just put new brakes on and have been trying to run down a door handle for my door, it broke during the last cold snap and are incredibly hard to find. So I have either been looking for parts, stuck at the garage while getting work done or I am working on it myself. Sorry, but life happens for all of us.
