But I know like Liz and Wolf said, Tilly does dance for different reasons, and all of Tills dances are very similar, and usually she does it: when she sees her family after we've been out for a long perion of time or when she sees her reflection....
To me Loki looked like she was considering flying off, but not to confident about it......

Why would she make noise if she wanted to fly lol, she has done it a few times and she is hormonal how obvious can u get she wants to mate I own her so I know why she was doing it.

....Shrek chatters whike she thinks about flying.
And just because she is your bird, it does nit mean you understand her ex: Tilly will fly to the floor, walk backward and poop, I know this because Tilly has done scince she learnt to fly, that is the only time she walks backwards... because birds lean back to poo.
Shrek however flies to the floor walks backwards and just keeps walking, investigating the house. And when she poos, she does not lean back, she does does it right their on the spot.
What I am getting at is it takes time to get used to a birds odd behaviour, and am guessing that this is the first year Loki has acted like this, seeing as she is only just over a year? So yeah, sure give it 4 more years and you will be used to her behaving like that and know it is her wanting to mate, but right now you can't possibly know, and what you have said is just a presumption, for all you know she hasn't even gone through puberty.

It is very likely that Loki has gone through puberty as most cockatiels do so in their first year but are really not ready for breeding until their second year, generally speaking.

While working at a farm coop, one of the guys came in my office to tell me an old woman wanted me to wait on her.
When I asked her why she said: "Men are only good for one thing and most of the time they don't get that right".

Females do not have to have males to live their lives.

Sorry guys. Truth is truth.
