I have had only a few parrots who pooped on me but Sunny just lets it fly wherever, except for in his cage, he poops in one place.

Its funny, Today I was holding Shrekie while I was concentrating on my school work, suddenly something hot starts sinking into my back, she just kept on doing her thing
Has anyone else noticed that whenever they hold a bird (species doesnt matter) that they get hot feet just before doing a poo?

No, I haven't. I will try to pay more attention in the future but it won't be easy because I am so used to getting pooped on that I no longer notice it

About ten minutes before they go their feet seem to get really hot, then they go and their feet cool down again

Given that most of out parrots poop about every 10 to 20 minutes unless they are stressed, I am not sure that warm feet is related to pooping, but it could be.
