I am sorry but nobody can tell the age of a parrot after their juvenile molt. A 2 year old would look exactly the same as a 25 year old. That's the wonderful thing about birds! It is only when they are very old that one can have an inkling of age from their eyes, legs and feet.
When it comes to age, one goes by the year engraved on the closed leg band but I noticed your bird doesn't have one which is strange because every single senegal I've seen had one. Didn't the breeder give you a hatch certificate? I know it's not something one would call real proof but that would be the only thing you could go by. But, one thing I can tell you, going by the pictures you posted, you don't have a 'he', you have a 'she'.
