THE TRANSFER FROM CAGE TO CAGE!

I basically put the temp cage up against the door of the new cage and opened it. The female flew straight in and the Male to one side and out! I managed to get to him and settle him down. Once he realised I wasn't going to eat him, he started to explore around. After a few more minutes I got him back up on my hand again and this time he was happy to stay there. I fed him some apple. So it looks like he is over his major fear of us. Just a matter of building trust with him over the coming weeks.

BTW: He did bite me twice . . it hurt but no blood :)

I haven't done any work with the female yet, I might leave that till tomorrow.

I didn't have the heart to leave him in the crappy cage so I put them both in together and they are looking pretty happy. I will leave the webcam on for a few hours http://bmswebcam.dyndns.org:9001/
