Websites are not regulated in any way so anybody can say anything they want and still not break the law. Have you considered adopting from a rescue, instead? An adult bird is much easier for a first timer (handfeeding and/or weaning requires work, time and knowledge), it is cheaper and, in good rescues, birds are vetted, evaluated and rehabilitated so you not only get a healthy bird (a lotto when it comes to babies) but one that comes with a 'manual'

Thank u for your advise that sounds like a good idea do u know want places do that would it b like animal shelter or rspca

They usually deal with dogs and cats but, on occasion, you find birds there, too. I would look for a bird rescue in your area.
