Please help me

I'm not sure whether I could ask this here. I need a help. My wife is getting back to work. She is planning to join next week before that we need someone to take care of our 2 year old daughter. She is really a naughty child. An extra care should be given to her. She is also picky in eating so I need someone who gives her the utmost care. I’m thinking to call (http://www.diamondpersonnel.com ) for taking care of our child. What is your opinion regarding this?

I am sorry but I have no idea if this place is good or not... I haven't needed a babysitter for many, many years and nowadays, I am the 'emergency' care for my grandkids. Isn't there a relative that can do it?
