Good Day Tampa Bay is on our local TV station. They get some good videos.

A peacock crossed the road on a cross walk.
A gator crossed the road on a cross walk.
A gator used a sidewalk.

I once stopped traffic when I saw two sand hill cranes on the center line waiting for traffic to clear in a lane. They strolled across as if they had done this many times.

I saw a turtle walking on a busy side walk. Native wildlife of all kinds are protected here. Everyone just walked around him. They even have a festival for the turtle.

Yes, wildlife is supposed to be protected but, in reality, it's not effective at all because the department that is supposed to do this, Wildlife and Fish, was created to protect animals only as far as hunting material or cattle. They are the ones that kill the wild animals, instead.

The people in this state enjoy and respect the wild life.

Watched a video on GDTB of a gator trying to get in a door. When he couldn't he tried to get in a low window. He then went to the patio door. I hope the home owner was well insured. All of those windows have big scratches. The woman was so scared that she put her dog in the bedroom in case the gator got in.

I wish I could believe that the people in Florida are, indeed, good to wildlife but I am afraid that is not the case...

Another kitten was turned into the animal shelter. It still had it's eyes closed. After two weeks of nursing it they decided it was a bobcat kitten. It will be cared for and rehabbed then released back into the area where it was found.

A woman was driving too fast and not respecting the mph in town. She came up on a cross walk too fast where 2 Sand Hill cranes were crossing. She swerved to miss them and wrecked her car. Some people do not respect the mph signs that are there for a reason. The cranes were crossing on a cross walk.

True but at least she wrecked her car trying not to hit them.
