I received an Email from a woman named Jennifer at A Helping Wing - she informed me that they will not re-activate my Adoption Application and wished me the best in getting the bird I am looking for. I don't know who John and Jeanne are at this Rescue, but I have not been in contact with them. Thus far, my experience with Bird Rescue Organizations has not been a positive one. I am going with my initial plan, and that is to purchase the bird I want in the Spring.
