Congrats, Pajarita and thanks for all the help and sharing of yourself/

I hadn't noticed and neither did I notice the change in 'bird category' - I am now a "Norwegian Blue'! And I talk even more in person! I talk to EVERYBODY (even strangers!) all the time and my husband says that if I was the last person on earth, I would chat with a rock!

I went to a Catholic nun school from kindergarten to prep school and although my grades were always excellent (I loved the nuns and the nuns loved me), they always had trouble with me and not only gave me bad grades on Conduct but also called my mother to complain about how much I talked -something that was not allowed in class, during 'march' (we had to march with our full uniform -gloves included!- every morning, noon and afternoon) or even during lunch until the dessert was served and the nun in charge (who read from the lives of saints, the Bible or the writings of St Theresa of Jesus, the patron of the school) gave the "Alabado" (Alabado sea nuestro Dios, Senor Jesucristo -Praise be our God, Lord Jesus Christ - and we would answer: Sea por siempre bendito y alabado! -Let him be forever blessed and praised!) which was the 'sign' that we could now talk to each other. So, see?, it's not only here that I talk a lot!

Alien, that is s good reference to your bird. Did you realize that you are learning phrases from your bird now?
