Drunk Rainbow Lorikeets

Postby Michael » Sun Jun 06, 2010 9:03 am

So apparently a bunch of rainbow lorikeets are falling out of trees and the sky to the ground cause they are intoxicated. They don't explain the cause but it seems that if anything, it's because of the fruits they eat going spoiled and fermenting? Reminds me of the seriously idiotic owners serving alcohol to the parrots for laughs. At least this time it's natural but still reminds you how terrible the effects of even a tiny bit of alcohol can be on these fragile animals.
