"Web page has expired"

how can i avoid this? everytime i post a reply, add pics etc, and go back i get this.
is there a way to get back where you were without the web page "expiring"?

It could be one of several things. If you stay on the same page for a long time on the forum, the page my expire for your protection (like walking away from computer and someone else getting on). Basically refresh the forum or login again when you come back after a long break. If it happens in a short period after logging in and using could be if your computer doesn't accept cookies. Let me know if the issue you are having is any different.

it happens here at work and at home. by the time i type this reply and hit submit, my
"webpage will expire"
i guess i shouldn't use the "back" arrow

Ahh. Yeah back button and refresh buttons are evil. They can create problems and cause old pages to be expired by the time you go back to them. I don't refresh the forum. I click the banner to see a fresh view. But using back buttons can take you to old expired pages.

yes i use the banner up top to refresh as well. never had a problem with it.
