Hi and welcome to the forum. I cannot help you on this Birdman's Parrots place as I don't buy babies (all my birds are adoption, rehomes or rescues) but any large breeding facility -as this one is- cannot produce healthy and well-socialized babies. Raising babies the right way takes A LOT of time and A LOT of work and no place that deals with numbers can do it. It's a simple as that. You can get a baby from them but that baby will not grow up well-adjusted (they usually gavage-feed and wean way too early). And any facility that ships babies is, most definitely, ran by somebody who does NOT care about them at all because there is NOTHING more traumatic for a baby parrot than to be separated from the family it knows and travel in the dark, in a box -think panic, confusion and high stress! Studies show us that babies that are stressed out never outgrow their problems and remain high-strung for the rest of their lives so think very carefully about this before you make a decision.
Personally, I see no reason whatsoever to buy a baby. It's MUCH safer and kinder to adopt an adult - bird lovers do not buy babies because doing this contributes to the huge overpopulation problem instead of helping it solve it. And it's safer because most parrots die before they are two years old so the ones that 'make it' and the healthy ones PLUS what you see is what you get with an adult while, with a baby, it's nothing but a lottery. And it is not true that you need to get a baby for the bird to bond with you and THAT I can attest to 100% because my birds love me to pieces - even the parent-raised, high-strung GCC that was a little plucked maniac when she first came is coming around (she is perching on my arm and preening it after scaring off the bird that was there before).
