to put up. I have a good camera, But every time I try to get it he moves and even when he doesn't it doesn't turn out right. Is there a good lighting or angle to take it in/from to get a good pic. Or how do you guys get them? Also is it safe to use flash while taking a picture of your bird.

Hi, I have been trying for a long time to get a good picture of my to put up. I have a good camera, But every time I try to get it he moves and even when he doesn't it doesn't turn out right.
