rue, my bronze wing has a pink/red vent too, i love it, just so striking against the dark body.

Well... I agree most people shouldn't do this for sure. But I was set on a 30-year-old goffin I met at a rescue- I loveloveloved the little guy, he was so friendly and playful and loved attention. And then I saw Galileo (at the time named Little Bit), a grumpy, mopey BHC, just sitting in his cage doing nothing and giving everyone and everything the evil eye... And I just had to take him home the moment I saw him.

He is much much much happier now. One of the best decisions I have ever made, honestly. (Yeah I know... from a GOFFIN to a Caique????? My personality meshes well with all kinds of different animals, so don't hate. XD)
