Everything is possible. It's just a question of interest. I can make it so the user can choose:

-Email every time there is a new entry
-Weekly updates
-Only special announcements (contests, games, new bird, etc)
-No emails at all

This kind of system would be a little bit of work to make so I just want to make sure it's something that will in fact bring more subscribers. Otherwise it doesn't justify the labor in making the functionality.

What is the point in subscribing if you choose no emails? Surely the whole point is to get some sort of updates on the site?
