Numbers of vote mean nothing!
It's all about percentage! ;)

If we take these numbers which are estimates I guess
Per capita for Canada 34,218,000
Per capita for the US 310,060,000

So it's obvious that the Canadian population, with 12 members is clearly more represented here than the 13 US members... ;)

That's part of it...but depending on where in Canada you live, you have to either demonstrate your ability to build an igloo or kiss a halibut...
