As for Beavertails... you may know them as Elephant Ears in the States. It's just a giant funnelcake with sugar/spice/icing, depending on your preferences. And it's shaped like a beaver's tail. No real beavers involved.![]()
Buttertarts are like miniature pecan pies, but with a shortbread crust. And they're the most delicious things you'll ever taste. My neighbour makes THE most amazing buttertarts. Mmmmm...
