Parrots Naturally in Tarzana, CA?

Hi. Does anyone have any experience with this bird store'/breeder. It is owned by Judy and Bill Lanz and they also have a separate breeding facility called Live Oak Aviary. Their website is http://www.parrotsnaturally.com/index.html,

They are holding a cape parrot for us for 72 hours and we're just trying to collect all the info we can. The online reviews are mixed, but the negative ones sound a little foaming-at-the-mouth. They seem to be fairly well known and I thought the store was very carefully and well run.
