How terrible! I do not understand why people let it get so bad. I understand that hoarding is a mental disorder but it harms the animals! Sexual predators have a mental disorder as well but we don't cut them any slack. Please keep us updated on the situation! I hope that animal control will do something to help these poor birds.
Kudos to you for rescuing the Senegal! Is she hand tame? With some patience and love she'll turn out just fine.
