VOTE TOMORROW!

Postby entrancedbymyGCC » Mon Nov 01, 2010 4:56 pm

I'm not going to turn this into a political discussion, but I'd like to urge everyone to turn out to vote. It IS important!

yes please vote if you understand the issues currently on the table and impact that certain outcomes will have on our society. If you don't understand our sytem of government are ignorant of political affairs and history please stay home. Voting is a right in this Country. However voting should only be for informed citizens not people who make decisions made upon ridiculous ads on tv or emotional hype.

Please don't inject personal opinion into this post. That's not what it was for. Lets be respectful to everyone.

On another note, I must really be out of the loop on US politics because I didn't even know there was a vote going on. I'm off to go educate myself.

tenexe is right. if you go into the booth and choose a person because they have (D) or (R) next to their name, you're insane. my parents were pushing me to vote a certain way, just because they did, like, REALLY pushing me.

but i am politically apathetic, because all politicians are exactly the same when you actually look at them :]

TOO LATE VOICED MY OPINION. :X
