I am currently torn. We never wanted 4 birds, but I definitely want a Grey. We are also waiting on money for a rehoming fee which gives me lots of time to second guess and waffle. I've considered maybe fostering her because the woman needs her gone by Thanksgiving and I'd rather take her and make sure she's in a good home than have a decision rushed by the owner. I just don't know!!!

No, she's 3 hours away and I won't have the opportunity to meet her before bringing her home.

But mostly my wife Josie, she's a say at home bird caretakerofher, really it's all day every day and she rarely goes anywhere, i work, sometimes out of town, and try to pay the bills but Josie has her plate full. i wish i could hire someone to help and one day will have to, tomorrow we picking up a pair of TAGs, pair of YNs and a pair of Quakers that a friend has to sell to keep from losing her home, the price was right and Josie said do it, there's a pair of Scarlet Macaws but i really don't have a place fixed up for them, If you get bored and need a vacation come on down, you can get all the birdie time you can stand!!!LOL OWA babies begging to be fed now, later Richard

Tell Josie she deserves a medal! 'course, she may consider her prize the opportunity to interact w/so many birds - I'm guessing that's prob'ly her perspective on the situation, or she wouldn't do all that she does. :)

& just so ya know, that working vacation sounds like fun!

couldn't a foster situation be helpful, both to Tara & to you? Then you could see how you manage w/a 4 bird home, & make your final decision then.

Yeah, I'm leaning towards the foster situation IF the check I'm waiting on would hurry up and get here!

Also, I could rename her Isabeau!
