Posting Pictures

I know it's here somewhere but cannot find it. Can someone explain how to post images? Does it have to do with having a image hosting account (thingy)??

I did see this in the FAQ and I tried to use this with Picasa Web Albums (Google's Image Hosting thingy) and it gave a broken picture icon when I went to preview it. Suggestions? Maybe google doesn't allow embedding?

The way I do it, is I upload an attachment. When you are writing your message, right below the save, preview and submit options, you will see two tabs that say "Options" and "Upload attachment".
Click upload attachment, you pick a picture and post it
