Apple loves the new lamp I put by his cage. He will sit on the lampshade for hours, peer down into it and talk (whistle) directly to the light bulb. It is really funny. But wondering if it's normal?

Just make sure he can't actually get to the bulb itself. They shatter pretty easily. Scotty took a few years off my life going after, and breaking, his AvianSun bulb. And those are tougher than incandescents.
