He's looking for a bird now, though, so we're both addicted! He had me looking at cages for him last night and there's this one with a great looking playgym on top. Wish I had $400 to spend on it!

I really hope he does get a bird. Then he'd understand how much fun it is to buy bird stuff!

He's actually really jealous that my GCC is so cuddly, so he's been looking at them. Or rather, I've been doing all the research for him about breeders in his area and telling him about mine and he's been looking at the fun stuff like bird toy catalogs. He also really likes how the eclectus and the lorikeet look, but I'm pushing more for the GCC.

His brother has an amazon and a seven or so cockatiels, so he wants to keep it a secret from his brother until he actually gets a bird. He says his brother has been eyeing another bird and would get something bigger, and he'd be jealous! lol. Not that size of the bird is something to be jealous about, but my boyfriend's looking for more of a bigger bird. Nothing like a cockatoo that is best for experienced owners.
