I don't know what he's doing. It appears he may be doing some kind of mating display.

It is cute, I've just never seen a bird do that before!

He's being a :gcc: !

Seriously, I don't see any obvious sexual display here, although the walking back and forth on the perch looks a little like a nervous habit. The climbing on the cage and head-bobbing seems very GCC to me... Scooter does similar things when he's trying get attention, and he also vocalizes. One thing that you can do is try imitating some of the behavior back to him... Scooter and I used to play that game before he was fully comfortable being handled. They will kind of get into it, playing monkey-see monkey-do.

Looks like a little nervousness and a little attention seeking. Cute little baby!

He's been rubbing his vent against the rope perch which made me think this dragon walk was somehow related.

He could just be strutting his stuff because it makes me come give him kisses though!

Rainbow has a very similiar "strut" and climbing motions. I don't think its a nervous habit at all though- she is a very different bird when nervous/uncomfortable. it almost seems almost territorial to me or just strutting his stuff. definitely seems like a gcc thing :gcc:
