No. You don't!

Kayayla, they definitely are good at wrapping you around their little fingers! They are too cute. When Scooter really likes a head rub, he turns his head almost upside down, half closes his eyes, and opens and closes his beak. Sometimes he does the purr thing, too. Hard to resist!

y eah but, you need to make them beg for that attention, it's not something that's due , it's something that's a part of bonding.You're never going to satisfly them.Just let them know what's normal.What a good bird should get,

My little guy does EXACTLY this. He really likes to cuddle before bedtime, so I bring him out of the cage for an hour (two and a half because we fell asleep last night!) and we cuddle and I scritch his neck. He turns into a little owl with his head turned almost all the way around.
