Saphi - I commend you for you concern for animals. Thinking that you would not be able to keep them and taking them anyway to put in a shelter where they would at least get food and stimulation. I really hope you get to keep them. You already love them.

Zazanomore - My girls don't fight. I have three mated pairs and they all get along. In the wild they are flockers. I have seen male and female from different mated pairs eating together. They sleep beside their mates at night but forage in the flock all day. They readily accepted my daughter's mated pair in the flock. The males had a little trouble but have adjusted.

When I brought in a new Amazon, (Myrtle) I just had to remind Rambo that he is still #1.
